Phase 1
Phase one is the rough-in phase. We begin with the framing of your basement and once that is complete, our team of electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians do their preliminary work and ensure that everything is safe and up to code. Once that is complete, we invite the city to come inspect and approved the work, phase one is complete.
Phase 2
Phase two is the drywall finishing phase. With a green light from the city, Brasco Built is ready to close up the walls! Insulation is installed followed by the drywall, drywall finishing, primer, one coat of paint, textured ceiling (if applicable), and doors. The completion of this phase would be considered the partial basement development.
Phase 3
Phase three is the finishing phase. Everything is coming together and looking exactly as planned, time to take it home. Brasco Built handles all of the trim work, flooring installation, bathroom accessories, handrailing, final paint, final plumbing, final electrical, final HVAC, and any odds and ends we need to cross that finish line in your property.
Full and Partial Basement Developments
Brasco Built also offers an alternative service for our more “hands-on” clients looking to save money and get their hands on some of the less technical work. We will help you design the basement of your home and we will help you get it to the point where you can take the reins and bring it all together.
